Phase 3
The Northfield Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) and Three Rivers Community Action are now actively recruiting homeowners for Phase 3 of the Home Matters 2.0 Neighborhood Revitalization program.
We have assembled financing for the purpose of making home improvements that will stabilize the neighborhood, increase energy efficiency, address health and safety concerns and/or add alternative energy components.
The program provides qualified applicants with:
- Grant funds matching the homeowner’s contribution $1:$1
- Total maximum grant to the homeowner of $7,500
- No-interest loan funds of up to $7,500 are also available for borrower’s contribution.
Funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis to homeowners who meet ALL program guidelines.
Does my home qualify for this program?
