Twin Cities-based artist Adam Turman has been selected by a Public Art Review Committee (PARC) process as the winning artist to create painted murals in the four underpasses of the Highway 246 and Jefferson Parkway Roundabout project. The proposed theme of the artwork, chosen by the PARC, is of four ecologies near Northfield—the Cannon River, Nerstrand Big Woods, Oak Savannah, and Prairie.
